A small-batch botanical infusion brewed on the edge of Exmoor — fresh ginger, turmeric, Exmoor honey and eight botanicals, refined over eight months of trial and error until there was nothing to add and nothing to improve.

100% organic. Naturally preserved by its own low pH — no additives, no preservatives, nothing artificial. Brewed, steeped, cold-filtered and bottled by hand in 330ml batches.

Pete Carling spent a career making things properly — first-class honours in fine craft, one-off art furniture, sculpture in timber and stone exhibited at RHS Rosemoor. Schniffells is the same pursuit of perfection, poured into a bottle on the North Devon coast.
